• • Own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle for Newrez’s multi-channel marketing engine, translating raw data into clear, revenue-driving stories that senior leadership can act on within hours—not weeks.
• • Partner daily with Growth, Product, Creative, and Capital Markets teams to design A/B and multivariate tests across email, paid social, display, SEO, and direct mail, ensuring every experiment ladders up to larger OKRs such as cost-per-funded-loan and lifetime borrower value.
• • Build and maintain best-in-class dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce Marketing Cloud that track funnel performance from first impression to closed loan, giving marketers self-service access to KPIs like lead-to-application conversion, pull-through rates, and channel-level ROI.
• • Architect predictive models using Python and SQL that anticipate borrower intent, enabling hyper-personalized nurture streams and dynamic creative that lift engagement by double digits.
• • Leverage FullStory session replay, Customer 360 profiles, and offline mortgage-origination data to map friction points in the digital journey, then quantify the revenue impact of proposed UX fixes for executive buy-in.
• • Design and automate always-on anomaly detection that flags under-performing campaigns or sudden shifts in borrower behavior, triggering real-time Slack alerts to channel owners and saving thousands in wasted spend.
• • Mentor a growing pod of junior analysts—reviewing code, refining statistical approaches, and championing a culture of experimentation—while simultaneously leveling up your own skill set through company-sponsored courses and industry conferences.
• • Present findings in crisp, story-driven PowerPoint decks to C-suite stakeholders, translating complex machine-learning outputs into three-bullet takeaways that guide million-dollar budget reallocations.
• • Contribute to the long-term analytics roadmap by evaluating new data sources (e.g., credit-bureau attributes, third-party intent feeds) and emerging martech platforms, ensuring Newrez stays ahead of fintech disruptors.
