- • As a Sr. Marketing Operations Architect at Gong.io Ltd., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our revenue intelligence platform by owning the strategic design and long-term integrity of our marketing systems. This pivotal role ensures our marketing infrastructure is built to scale intentionally, supporting the increasing complexity of our go-to-market strategies as the company grows.
- • You will act as a senior individual contributor and a crucial thought partner to Marketing Operations leadership, translating complex business decisions into robust, durable technical frameworks that stand the test of time and growth.
- • A core responsibility is to design scalable lifecycle, automation, and data frameworks. This involves meticulously defining clear implementation requirements before engineering teams execute, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and business objectives.
- • You will be tasked with evaluating new technologies and capabilities, assessing their architectural fit, potential cross-system impact, and long-term scalability to ensure they enhance, rather than complicate, our existing infrastructure.
- • Establishing and maintaining rigorous governance standards across all stages of the marketing lifecycle, data models, and system integrations is paramount. This ensures consistency, reliability, and compliance across our marketing technology stack.
- • A key aspect of this role is translating high-level business and committee decisions, such as lifecycle definitions and scoring frameworks, into structured, scalable system designs that can be effectively implemented.
- • You will proactively identify architectural risks, technical debt, and cross-platform dependencies, addressing them before they manifest as downstream operational impacts, thus safeguarding system efficiency and performance.
- • Collaboration is key; you will partner closely with Revenue Operations and Analytics teams to ensure seamless alignment of data modeling, lifecycle logic, and measurement implementation, creating a unified and accurate view of marketing performance.
- • You will be responsible for reviewing and approving implementation plans, ensuring they strictly adhere to defined architectural standards and best practices.
- • This role will lead major infrastructure initiatives and new system implementations, guiding them from the initial design phase through to post-launch evaluation, ensuring successful adoption and integration.
- • As a senior technical thought partner, you will provide Marketing Operations leadership with clear tradeoff analyses and recommendations for scalable solutions, empowering them to make informed strategic decisions.
- • You will contribute to the development and execution of the Marketing technology roadmap, ensuring that our infrastructure evolves intentionally and remains aligned with long-term business priorities and objectives.
- • Your expertise will be crucial in integrating emerging technologies, including AI, at the architectural level, carefully balancing innovation with governance, scalability, and demonstrable business impact.
- • You will champion best practices in system design, data management, and integration, fostering a culture of technical excellence within the Marketing Operations team.
- • This role demands a strategic mindset, capable of creating clarity in high-velocity, often ambiguous environments, and setting a clear, long-term architectural direction for marketing technology.
- • You will be expected to establish robust governance frameworks and proactively surface potential architectural risks, critical tradeoffs, and complex cross-functional dependencies that could affect system performance or business outcomes.
- • Ultimately, you will serve as a trusted architectural advisor to Marketing and cross-functional executives, influencing the development of scalable solutions that are strategically aligned with the overall business objectives of Gong.io Ltd.
- • Your hands-on experience with key B2B marketing technology stack components like MadKudu, Marketo, Goldcast, Demandbase, Clearbit, Salesforce, and Syncari will be essential for understanding and architecting integrations within our complex ecosystem.
