- • Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Enhanced Attentive Tag (EAT), the single source of truth for every data point that enters Attentive’s AI-powered mobile marketing platform. You will transform EAT from a technical implementation detail into a self-service product that marketers can configure, monitor, and troubleshoot without engineering support.
- • Define and execute a company-wide alerting and observability strategy that proactively surfaces data anomalies, latency spikes, and ingestion failures before they impact campaign performance. You will set the standards for how Attentive detects, triages, and resolves issues across tagging, catalog feeds, and downstream activation systems.
- • Reimagine the user interface that exposes data lineage, event volumes, and transformation rules to non-technical marketers. Your designs will turn invisible infrastructure into intuitive dashboards, giving customers transparent visibility into how their onsite events, catalog updates, and custom attributes flow through Attentive and ultimately power 1:1 SMS and email journeys.
- • Partner with Engineering and Design leadership to build scalable internal tooling that slashes Support Engineering load and accelerates root-cause diagnosis. You will prioritize features like one-click replay of failed events, automated health checks, and guided remediation flows that empower Customer Success and Support teams to resolve 80 % of data tickets without escalating to engineering.
- • Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to operationalize data transparency as a competitive differentiator. You will create enablement assets, run enablement sessions, and embed trust signals into the sales cycle so prospects understand—before they sign—that Attentive’s data platform is the most reliable in the industry.
- • Champion a culture of data reliability across the organization by establishing SLAs, error budgets, and reliability reviews. You will quantify success through metrics such as tag deployment time, data freshness percentile, and customer-reported data accuracy scores, ensuring every release improves trust and adoption.
- • Influence long-term platform architecture by translating customer pain points into technical requirements. Whether it is supporting server-side tagging for privacy-conscious brands, enabling real-time catalog sync for flash-sale retailers, or adding multi-tenant data isolation for global enterprises, you will ensure the platform evolves ahead of market demands.
- • Act as the voice of the customer in strategic planning sessions with executive leadership. You will present quarterly business reviews that tie product investments to revenue impact, churn reduction, and expansion pipeline, securing continued investment in data platform experience initiatives.
- • Mentor junior PMs and analysts on data-driven storytelling, experimentation design, and stakeholder management. Your leadership will raise the bar for product craft across the company and create a pipeline of future leaders who can balance technical depth with customer empathy.
