📋 Description
- • As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager at Material Security Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the engine that drives our revenue growth. This pivotal role acts as the crucial link between our overarching business strategy and its practical execution, translating ambitious expansion objectives into robust, predictable revenue operations.
- • You will collaborate closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership, ensuring our technological infrastructure and the entire lead-to-revenue lifecycle are meticulously designed for rapid scaling with minimal operational friction.
- • This position is perfectly suited for an experienced operational strategist who not only thrives on tackling complex challenges but is equally adept at crafting long-term MarTech roadmaps and spearheading organizational change through insightful, data-driven analysis.
- • A core responsibility will be the comprehensive management and continuous optimization of integrations between HubSpot and the wider marketing technology stack. This ensures seamless system operation, data integrity, and efficient workflows across all marketing platforms.
- • You will be tasked with enhancing and scaling critical marketing operations processes. This includes refining lead scoring models to accurately identify high-potential prospects, optimizing nurture programs to guide leads effectively through the funnel, and championing the adoption of AI-driven tools to boost operational efficiency and campaign performance.
- • Establishing and rigorously enforcing best practices for lead and contact lifecycle management is paramount. This ensures alignment and smooth handoffs between marketing and sales teams, maximizing conversion opportunities.
- • Leading the implementation and ongoing maintenance of integrations across various marketing platforms will be a key duty. This involves close cross-functional partnerships to support robust automation, accurate tracking, and insightful reporting.
- • You will be a key advocate for and implementer of AI-powered solutions. The goal is to automate repetitive marketing and sales workflows, thereby supporting scalable growth and freeing up valuable human resources for more strategic tasks.
- • A significant part of the role involves utilizing and managing modern go-to-market tools such as Common Room, Nooks, and similar platforms, ensuring they are leveraged to their full potential.
- • Analyzing the performance of marketing programs is essential. You will meticulously monitor conversion rates across the entire funnel, from initial engagement to closed-won deals, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- • You will be responsible for building and distributing key marketing performance reports. These reports will cover critical areas such as advertising performance, lead source attribution, pipeline generation, marketing influence on revenue, and overall campaign impact, providing clear visibility into marketing's contribution.
- • Close partnership with Sales, IT, and Operations teams is vital to guarantee reliable data flow, effective CRM follow-up processes, and the seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- • You will provide essential support for email marketing initiatives. This includes campaign setup, the execution of nurture programs, rigorous A/B testing, and in-depth performance analysis to optimize engagement.
- • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements to marketing systems and workflows is expected. The focus will be on increasing scalability, enhancing automation, and driving overall operational efficiency.
- • Managing marketing budget operations is also a key responsibility, encompassing vendor contract management, invoice processing, expense tracking, and contributing to budget forecasting to ensure financial prudence and strategic allocation of resources.
- • This role demands an "architect" mentality – you will not merely fix existing processes but will design and build scalable systems from the ground up, engineered to support the company's growth trajectory at 2x, 5x, and even 10x its current size.
- • Exceptional stakeholder management skills are required, with the ability to clearly articulate the value and impact of operational initiatives to non-technical business leaders and effectively drive adoption and buy-in across diverse teams.
