• • The Sr Marketing Ops Specialist plays a critical role in enabling the Growth team to execute marketing initiatives efficiently and at scale by building and maintaining operational systems, processes, and documentation that support cross-functional collaboration and campaign execution.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting end-to-end project management for go-to-market initiatives, coordinating workflows across Design, Brand, Copy, Product, and Compliance teams, managing administrative processes like compliance tickets and payouts, maintaining internal dashboards and resource centers, ensuring campaign setup in tools like Sanity, tracking data and reporting with Analytics teams, and continuously optimizing processes through automation and templatization.
