- • The Sr. Marketing Strategist at WellSky Corporation is responsible for developing marketing initiatives for specific market segments, solutions, and campaigns, playing a critical role in driving growth for key healthcare markets through research, messaging, and multi-channel execution.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing marketing programs for channel effectiveness and measurable results, supporting new solution launches and retention campaigns, monitoring marketing and sales pipeline metrics, managing creative development for demand generation, email, social, and webinar campaigns, collaborating on paid advertising efforts, and serving as a cross-functional partner to sales, solutions, and client success teams to align strategy and enablement.
- • The role sits within WellSky’s marketing team, which operates in a culture of innovation, inclusiveness, and collaboration, supporting the company’s mission to shape the future of healthcare through independent thinking and cohesive perspectives.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in healthcare marketing, particularly in payer, risk-bearing, and ambulatory markets, refine messaging and content creation skills, gain hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, and contribute directly to revenue goals through strategic campaign execution and pipeline support.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • At least 4-6 years’ relevant work experience
- • Hands-on use of Marketo or another marketing automation platform
- • Experience marketing to payers, risk-bearing entities and ambulatory organizations
- • Understanding of the transitions of care space or healthcare tech space
- • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM
