📋 Description

• • Manage the end-to-end JIRA lifecycle for all departmental technical initiatives, including ticket scoping, drafting, submission, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• • Serve as the primary liaison between Multi-Family Operations and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of technical projects across Business Operations, Incentives, Project Management, Construction Management, Site Survey, Sales, Development, Design, and Interconnection/Permitting teams.
• • Identify, analyze, and resolve system bugs and technical issues impacting operational workflows, providing direct support to cross-functional teams on access, reporting, and tool-related problems.
• • Execute data loads, data scrubs, and one-off reporting tasks to maintain data integrity across internal systems and ensure accurate operational reporting.
• • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and training materials to enable scalable, consistent, and repeatable workflows.
• • Design and implement automation opportunities including CRM integrations, ERP integrations, and AI-driven workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• • Create scripts and advanced formulas in Excel/Google Sheets to automate reporting, improve data analysis, and support process optimization.
• • Manage and enhance project pipeline reporting to provide clear visibility into current status, resource allocation, and potential future bottlenecks or risks.
• • Support the launch of new products and technical tools by ensuring full operational adoption through clear documentation, training, and stakeholder enablement.
• • Proactively identify potential technical issues before they impact operations and implement preventative measures to minimize disruption.
• • Translate complex business needs into actionable technical and data requirements for engineering and IT teams.
• • Present technical findings, system updates, and project statuses in clear, non-technical language to non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
• • Independently prioritize tasks, manage multiple concurrent projects, and deliver results on time with minimal supervision.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive outcomes, share knowledge, and continuously improve operational processes through shared insights and feedback.
• • Maintain a deep understanding of business operations to identify root causes of issues and align technical solutions with organizational goals.
• • Ensure all technical initiatives are thoroughly tested via UAT and validated for usability and accuracy before full deployment.
• • Continuously evaluate existing systems and workflows for improvement opportunities using data-driven analysis and creative problem-solving.
• • Stay current with emerging technologies and automation tools to recommend innovations that enhance operational performance.
