📋 Description
- • As the Sr. Operations Analytics Manager at Rula Health, you will be the pivotal analytical force driving our understanding, monitoring, and enhancement of critical business functions. This role is central to optimizing our billing and account experience, ensuring robust financial performance, and elevating our customer service standards. You will operate as a key individual contributor, collaborating extensively with cross-functional partners across Finance, Billing, Product, Data, Customer Service, and Operations. Your mission will be to leverage your comprehensive business acumen to dissect complex account-related inquiries, identify underlying root causes, and transform raw, often intricate data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- • Your daily responsibilities will involve a deep dive into our billing workflows. You will meticulously analyze these processes to pinpoint areas of inefficiency, friction, or breakdown. Based on your findings, you will empower various teams to make data-driven conclusions that directly contribute to improving billing accuracy, reducing operational friction, and fostering sustainable business growth. This position is an integral part of the Analytics organization, playing a critical role in Rula's commitment to delivering a reliable, trustworthy financial experience for all stakeholders, including our members, providers, and partners.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into operational health and financial performance. This includes tracking metrics related to billing cycles, payment success rates, claim processing times, customer support resolution times, and overall account health. Your ability to translate these metrics into compelling narratives will be crucial for communicating performance trends and areas for improvement to leadership and relevant teams.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves proactive problem-solving. You will anticipate potential issues within billing and operational processes by analyzing historical data and identifying patterns. This foresight will allow you to propose and implement preventative measures, thereby minimizing disruptions and ensuring a seamless experience for our users. You will also be responsible for conducting ad-hoc analyses to address urgent business questions, providing timely and accurate insights to support rapid decision-making in a dynamic environment.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the strategic roadmap by identifying opportunities for analytical innovation. This could involve exploring new data sources, developing advanced analytical models, or implementing cutting-edge tools and techniques to enhance our analytical capabilities. Your work will directly influence how Rula scales its operations, manages financial risks, and achieves its ambitious growth objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between complex data and practical business application, ensuring that Rula's operational and financial strategies are grounded in solid analytical evidence.
- • The impact of this role extends to shaping the user experience. By improving the efficiency and accuracy of our billing and account management systems, you will directly contribute to higher member satisfaction and provider trust. You will be a key player in ensuring that Rula's financial operations are not just functional, but are a competitive advantage, reinforcing our reputation for reliability and excellence in the mental healthcare space. Your insights will guide product enhancements, operational refinements, and strategic investments, all aimed at creating a more accessible and effective mental health ecosystem.
- • You will also play a role in fostering a data-driven culture within Rula. This involves not only generating insights but also educating and empowering colleagues across different departments to understand and utilize data effectively in their daily work. You will champion best practices in data analysis and interpretation, ensuring that data is a shared asset that drives collective success and continuous improvement across the organization.
- • Ultimately, as the Sr. Operations Analytics Manager, you will be the analytical engine that powers Rula's operational and financial success, ensuring we can continue to deliver high-quality, accessible mental healthcare to those who need it most, while maintaining a sustainable and growing business model. Your work will be critical in navigating the complexities of healthcare billing and operations, making Rula a leader in both patient care and business efficiency.
