📋 Description

• • As a Sr. People Partner at Illumio, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s ‘People First. Mission Always.’ philosophy by supporting talent acquisition, people operations, and HR business partner functions across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• • Day to day, you will partner with regional leadership to understand hiring needs, design and execute talent acquisition strategies, manage the full candidate experience, oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding, optimize HR systems like ServiceNow and Workday, ensure compliance with APAC employment laws, and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compensation cycles.
• • You will join Illumio’s People Team, a strategic and collaborative function dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in support of the company’s mission to strengthen global cyber resilience through Zero Trust segmentation technology, operating as One Team with leaders across the organization.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in end-to-end HR operations within a fast-paced tech environment, gain influence as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, drive process improvements and automation initiatives, and contribute to data-driven workforce insights that shape regional talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.
