📋 Description

• • Provide daily technical administration and operational support for state-of-the-art on-premise, hybrid, and cloud SAP environments, including NetWeaver and Business Technology Platform (BTP), running on RedHat Linux with SAP HANA.
• • Perform SAP Basis administration tasks including installation of software patches, updates, and version upgrades for SAP applications and third-party interface systems.
• • Develop, maintain, and automate Linux-based scripts for system housekeeping, monitoring, backups, in-house applications, and secure file transfers.
• • Conduct proactive review of system performance metrics and alerts to enable event correlation, trend analysis, and early identification of potential system issues.
• • Analyze system logs to detect anomalies, security threats, or operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• • Evaluate new software or system releases for compatibility with existing SAP landscapes and recommend deployment strategies.
• • Coordinate system tuning activities to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of SAP environments across on-premise, commercial cloud, and NS2 cloud architectures.
• • Perform capacity planning across the entire SAP landscape to align infrastructure resources with business demand and growth projections.
• • Document and maintain accurate inventories of hardware, software, and system configurations for all SAP-related infrastructure.
• • Serve as a technical consultant on SAP-related projects, providing expert guidance on architecture, integration, and implementation.
• • Oversee end-to-end project completion for SAP system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business partner requirements and timelines.
• • Interface directly with end users, business partners, and development teams to resolve complex IT-related problems and deliver solutions.
• • Manage BTP onboarding, entitlement management, and provisioning processes, including integration with Integration Suite, CTMS, and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
• • Implement process improvements in SAP environments to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance system stability.
• • Provide 24x7 on-call support to ensure continuous availability of critical SAP applications and respond to urgent system incidents.
• • Support SAP S/4HANA environments with a focus on performance, security, and seamless integration within a hybrid cloud model.
• • Utilize SAPGUI and Fiori functionality to validate user access, troubleshoot front-end issues, and support user adoption.
• • Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver enterprise-wide applications solutions in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
