📋 Description

• As a Senior Producer at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will lead the end-to-end production of broadcast video and photo commercials, bringing the brand’s mission of accessible, personalized healthcare to life through bold, social-first storytelling across web, app, online video, and broadcast TV.
• Day to day, you will manage cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and vendor negotiations; oversee post-production including editing, motion graphics, VFX, CGI, color, voiceover, sound mix, and final delivery; generate fresh content ideas; recommend artist collaborations; manage overlapping campaigns; and travel as well as small-scale shoots in the Brooklyn studio.
• You will join Hims & Hers’ in-house Creative Team within a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment where the company is redefining healthcare by putting the customer first and delivering affordable, personal care from diagnosis to treatment to delivery.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in broadcast and branded content production, refine your leadership in managing freelance crews and vendors, expand your impact through culturally relevant campaigns, and leave a creative imprint on every project while growing alongside a mission-driven, talent-first organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in broadcast and video production, preferably in-house at a brand or at an agency/production company
• Proven track record producing broadcast commercials, branded content, and performance-driven video campaigns
• Deep knowledge of production workflows from prep and shoot to post-production and final delivery, including studio line production
• Strong understanding of editing, animation, visual effects, color grading, sound design, and asset versioning for different platforms
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with proven leadership in managing teams, freelance crews, and outside vendors
