• • In this pivotal role as a Senior Product Analyst (Payments), you will be instrumental in the continuous enhancement and evolution of our core payment products. You will serve as a critical liaison, translating complex data-driven insights into actionable product improvements and ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in mapping out product enhancements, supporting intricate payment operations, and transforming raw data into strategic roadmaps that optimize costs and guarantee a seamless transaction experience for our diverse user base.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of analytical and operational tasks. You will be the guardian of our payment product's performance, meticulously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and transaction success metrics on a daily basis. This vigilant oversight will enable you to swiftly identify emerging trends, detect anomalies, and proactively address potential issues before they impact our users.
• • Beyond daily monitoring, you will conduct in-depth, strategic analyses. This involves performing complex database queries and leveraging advanced Business Intelligence (BI) tools to construct comprehensive reports and compelling executive presentations. These insights will directly inform and influence our product strategy, ensuring that our development efforts are aligned with market needs and business objectives.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve driving operational excellence within our payment infrastructure. You will oversee critical reconciliation reports, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all transactions. Furthermore, you will manage and nurture relationships with our external payment providers and vendors, acting as a key point of contact to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery.
• • Cost management and optimization will be a core focus. You will conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses of all provider fees, identifying opportunities to optimize product margins without compromising service quality. This analytical rigor will directly contribute to the financial health and profitability of our payment offerings.
• • You will also be the first line of defense for production issues. Taking ownership of critical incidents and user-reported problems, you will collaborate closely with our Engineering teams to ensure rapid and effective resolution, minimizing any disruption to our users.
• • A strong customer-centric approach is paramount. You will analyze user feedback, customer experience (CX) data, and support interactions to pinpoint friction points within the payment journey. Your insights will be used to enhance the end-to-end user experience and improve the quality of our customer responses.
