  • • As the Sr. Product Analytics Manager at Rula Health, you will be the pivotal analytical force driving data-informed strategies within our dynamic Partnership Product domain. This individual contributor role is central to Rula's mission of revolutionizing mental healthcare by ensuring our product development is deeply rooted in user understanding and business impact. You will operate at the intersection of data, product, and strategy, partnering closely with senior leadership across Product, as well as collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, Partnerships, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own the generation of actionable insights and strategic recommendations that directly shape the product roadmap and influence key business decisions. This involves translating complex, often ambiguous, business questions into well-defined analytical projects and research plans. You will be expected to conduct proactive, in-depth data exploration to uncover hidden trends, identify opportunities, and pinpoint areas for improvement within our platform, with a specific focus on driving partner adoption and satisfaction.
  • • You will leverage an advanced analytical toolkit to dissect user behavior, understand product performance, and forecast the impact of new initiatives. This includes designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests to rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of new features and product changes. Defining clear success metrics and establishing robust experimentation frameworks will be critical to your role, ensuring that every product iteration is validated by data.
  • • A key aspect of this position is your ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner to a diverse audience, including non-technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for building narratives around data that inspire confidence, drive consensus, and facilitate strategic alignment across different departments.
  • • You will play a crucial role in understanding and optimizing the entire partner lifecycle, from initial engagement and onboarding to ongoing usage and retention. This involves identifying key drivers of partner success and satisfaction, and translating these insights into product requirements and strategic initiatives that enhance the value proposition for our partners.
  • • Your work will directly contribute to Rula's growth trajectory by ensuring our product offerings are not only innovative but also highly effective in meeting the needs of both end-users and our healthcare partners. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to expand our reach, deepen engagement, and solidify Rula's position as a leader in accessible and high-quality mental healthcare.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of related professional experience in analytics or data science, with at least 2 years specifically focused on product analytics.
  • • Deep understanding of core product analytics metrics (e.g., conversion, churn, engagement, retention, LTV) and proven ability to translate these metrics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • • Strong, hands-on experience with A/B testing, encompassing experiment design, implementation, and rigorous interpretation of results.
  • • Advanced technical proficiency with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow) and data visualization/analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau, Hex).
  • • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with and influence non-technical, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, with the capacity to manage dynamic analytical priorities.
