- • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, aligning with customer needs and company goals to drive adoption of onchain financial services.
- • Own the end-to-end wallet experience, including onboarding, asset management, DeFi interactions, payments, and onchain protocol integrations.
- • Design and deliver intuitive wallet experiences by abstracting complex blockchain functionality into simple, user-friendly interfaces for both novice and experienced users.
- • Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations to deliver high-impact features on schedule and with quality.
- • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch, iteration, and optimization based on user feedback and data.
- • Identify opportunities to improve wallet adoption, activation, retention, and engagement through behavioral analysis and product experimentation.
- • Stay closely informed on trends in wallet technology, DeFi, stablecoins, and the broader onchain ecosystem to inform product direction and innovation.
- • Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate, integrate, and expand wallet capabilities with third-party protocols and services.
- • Define and own key product metrics, using quantitative data and qualitative insights to drive continuous improvement and measure success.
- • Help establish Kraken Wallet as the preferred gateway to the onchain economy by delivering secure, intuitive, and innovative user experiences.
- • Maintain deep technical fluency in Web3 and onchain fundamentals, including the ability to read and understand code, assess system architecture, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- • Make bold, calculated product bets with conviction, moving quickly when signals are clear and treating setbacks as learning opportunities.
- • Balance strategic vision with granular attention to detail, ensuring high-level goals are met without sacrificing user experience or operational integrity.
- • Build trust and alignment across diverse, distributed global teams with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- • Champion Kraken’s mission, vision, and values by embodying crypto conviction and a commitment to financial freedom and inclusion.
- • Bring 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping meaningful consumer-facing products in crypto, Web3, trading, gaming, or banking.
