- • Own a critical platform problem space from discovery through measurable impact, partnering with Platform Engineering and Design to define and deliver scalable solutions.
- • Translate strategy into outcome‑focused roadmaps aligned to company OKRs, balancing customer value, technical constraints, and business impact using data, experimentation, and AI‑first thinking.
- • Guide initiatives from build to launch, ensuring clarity on problems, constraints, and success criteria while influencing stakeholders and elevating product practices across teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated ownership of complex product areas spanning multiple systems or domains
- • Substantial experience partnering with engineers and designers in highly technical environments
- • Proven ability to define problems — not just requirements — and deliver measurable outcomes
- • Strong grasp of modern product delivery practices, including experimentation, analytics, and iterative development
- • Comfort navigating ambiguity, using judgment and data when information is incomplete
- • Experience setting and managing product OKRs or similar outcome‑based frameworks
- • Excellent communication and influence skills, with a track record of aligning diverse stakeholders
- • Familiarity with APIs, cloud‑based platforms, and modern software architectures
- • Hands‑on experience using AI and automation tools to enhance discovery, analysis, and execution
- • Deep customer empathy and a learning‑oriented mindset
