- • As a Sr. Product Operations Manager at Marlette Holdings, Inc., you will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment within the Product organization, ensuring smooth execution across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include aligning with product leadership, Product Managers, and cross-functional partners to clarify product work, communicate decisions effectively, and ensure teams are aligned on priorities, dependencies, and readiness.
- • You will enable product teams by administering key processes, maintaining tools and workflows, and providing structure to how work is prepared, reviewed, and tracked to support efficient completion of routine and strategic tasks.
- • You will continuously improve team performance by identifying bottlenecks, reducing time spent on non-core activities, and strengthening systems, governance, and operating rhythms that support high-quality product work.

- • Demonstrated skill in identifying bottlenecks, improving operational efficiency, and iterating on systems and governance to enhance team performance.
- • Excellent organizational, communication, and execution skills with a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
