- • Sr. Professional Services Architect (Alteryx Experience Required) – A strategic, customer-facing technical role at Alteryx, Inc., driving enterprise analytics adoption and platform success for clients across industries.
- • Day to day: Serve as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for assigned customers; advise on data strategies, analytic maturity, and integrations; guide clients in establishing Centers of Excellence and scalable governance; architect complex Alteryx platform deployments (Designer, Server, AACP, Intelligence Suite); lead environment planning and upgrades; monitor usage patterns to identify optimization opportunities; deliver enablement plans and proactive recommendations; collaborate internally with Sales, Support, Product, Consulting, and Customer Success to align solutions with client needs.

The Professional Services team partners directly with customers to ensure successful implementation, optimization, and sustained value from the Alteryx Platform through technical expertise and trusted advisory.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, TAM, Consultant, Presales Engineer, etc.).
- • Proven expertise with Alteryx Designer and Server; Alteryx Core Certification strongly preferred.
- • Strong knowledge of data platforms and database technologies (SQL, RDBMS, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
- • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP); cloud certifications a plus.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences, including executive stakeholders.
