📋 Description

• Design and implement Illumio’s Zero Trust Segmentation platform for basic customer installations, applying full knowledge of product capabilities, deployment models, and best practices
• Assess, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of customer issues related to deployment, configuration, and policy using advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques
• Diagnose unusual or ambiguous technical situations, identify root causes, and develop creative, effective solutions even when precedent or documentation is limited
• Evaluate risk, implications, and trade-offs when selecting technical courses of action, exercising sound judgment and professional discretion
• Identify gaps or improvement opportunities in customer deployment strategies and security policies, and recommend appropriate adjustments
• Proactively manage personal priorities, deadlines, and workload with minimal day-to-day supervision as a self-starter
• Collaborate with senior team members to validate architectural approaches and optimize the application of product features in customer environments
• Present new ideas, improvements, and lessons learned to contribute to continuous improvement within the Professional Services organization
• Act as a trusted customer advocate by delivering solutions with a Customer First, Always mindset
• Apply complete knowledge and practical application of principles, practices, and methodologies within Professional Services or a related technical discipline
• Utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to evaluate incomplete information and adapt existing approaches to new scenarios
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with customers
• Support local customers and partners in Taiwan with bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Demonstrate a disciplined, execution-focused approach to delivering results within defined timelines
• Apply solid foundation in networking and network security concepts to customer deployments
• Work effectively within Linux systems and environments to support technical implementations
• Take on projects of increasing scope and complexity with demonstrated initiative and ownership
• Contribute to team collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Solid foundation in networking and network security concepts
• Working knowledge of Linux systems and environments
• Proven experience supporting customer-facing deployments, implementations, or technical engagements
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
