- • As a Senior Project Manager at Chemours, you will lead large and complex capital projects across global sites, shaping the future of operations while advancing the company’s commitment to safety, quality, and innovation in sustainable chemistry.
- • Day to day, you will plan, lead, and manage all engineering activities for capital projects over $10M, including design, procurement, construction, project controls, estimating, document management, and contractor oversight from FEL-2 to Mechanical Completion, while coordinating with sponsors and facilitating problem-solving sessions to manage scope, budget, schedule, and priorities.
- • You will join Chemours’ Capital Execution team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager – Capital Projects, within a company dedicated to delivering Trusted Chemistry that creates better lives and helps communities thrive through science, data, and technical expertise in sectors like clean energy, advanced electronics, and climate-friendly cooling.
- • In this role, you can achieve mastery in leading world-class capital projects, develop expertise in Chemours’ Project System, drive operational improvements, and grow your impact through global collaboration and leadership in engineering and design resource management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline
- • 10+ years managing capital projects
- • 5+ years working with a chemical plant environment
- • 5+ years of experience in field construction or contract management
- • Strong communication skills
- • Ability to lead by influence
- • Experience working with engineering/design contractors
- • Experience using project scheduling software
- • Fluent use of Microsoft Office software
- • Ability to travel up to 40%
