📋 Description

• • As a Sr. Project Manager for New Units at Take 5 Oil Change, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational readiness and excellence for new unit grand openings, ensuring efficient coordination and execution to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance brand performance.
• • You will plan, monitor, and manage operational readiness activities from property turnover through grand opening, lead project planning and resourcing, manage supply and subcontractors, track progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure project outcomes meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements.

• • In this role, you will develop, document, and execute a repeatable new unit operational playbook, apply project management principles to solve moderate to high-complexity problems, build productive internal and external relationships, and exercise judgment within established policies to drive successful, predictable new unit launches.
