- • This role is integral to supporting project needs from the initial development phase through to construction completion, ensuring that NORESCO meets its overall company objectives and delivers exceptional value to clients.
- • You will be a key participant in both internal and external meetings, contributing your specialized knowledge to assist project teams in developing successful, client-focused projects.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve comprehensive project documentation, including managing the bid process. This entails pre-qualifying subcontractors, meticulously developing bid packages, and thoroughly evaluating subcontractor bids to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- • You will be responsible for negotiating favorable pricing and terms with subcontractors and vendors, and for developing robust subcontracts and purchase orders that protect NORESCO's interests.

- • You will collaborate closely with subcontractors and vendors to ensure their closeout and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) documents meet all NORESCO's stringent requirements, guaranteeing a smooth project handover.

- • In terms of project management, you will be responsible for the development and meticulous management of project schedules, including the strategic organization of on-site construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- • You will serve as the primary interface with customers and will supervise contractors on a daily basis, coordinating subcontractor access at owner's facilities to minimize disruption and maximize productivity.
- • Managing NORESCO's purchased materials and equipment will involve close coordination, timely delivery, and thorough inspection upon receipt to ensure quality and specifications are met.
- • A critical responsibility includes witnessing and inspecting subcontractor work for quality control, cost control, schedule adherence, and overall completeness, ensuring that all work meets NORESCO's high standards.
- • You will be responsible for coordinating, conducting, and documenting inspections of work with the Owner’s representative to achieve project substantial and final completion, ensuring all project milestones are met and signed off.
- • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction is paramount, and you will be directly responsible for onsite commissioning and close-out activities, ensuring a positive client experience from start to finish.
- • This role requires the ability to manage all aspects of a project with minimal management supervision, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and problem-solving capability.
- • You will actively contribute to the development of future projects by conducting thorough scope reviews, assessing constructability, developing pricing, and leading subcontractor site walks.

- • You will be expected to perform risk analysis and make critical decisions when these impact constructability, budgets, or projected savings, safeguarding project success.
- • Safety is a top priority. You will be responsible for the development of project and subcontractor safety plans, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
- • Daily monitoring and documentation of subcontractor activities will be required to ensure strict safety compliance across all project sites.
- • You must read and comply with all NORESCO safety requirements and maintain a safe work environment at both the office and in the field, setting a strong example for the team.
- • Financially, you will be responsible for the preparation of project budgets and managing projects to stay within the allocated budget, ensuring profitability and fiscal responsibility.
- • Tracking and approving subcontractor monthly invoices will be a key task, requiring careful checking to ensure accuracy and compliance with all NORESCO required information.
- • You will be responsible for the preparation of accurate monthly project financial projections, focusing on subcontractor costs to provide clear financial visibility.
