• • The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of thriving under pressure, championing disciplined processes, and adeptly translating high-level strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
• • As the primary Scrum Leader for several development squads, you will meticulously apply your profound knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile methodologies to optimize team performance, elevate delivery quality, and maximize client impact.
• • This position demands a unique blend of tactical project oversight and strategic foresight, requiring you to expertly balance day-to-day execution with the overarching long-term program goals.
• • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are paramount. • • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• • Work closely with engineering leads, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to project delivery.
• • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Apply Digital's delivery frameworks and processes, sharing insights and best practices across the organization.
• • You will be a key player in ensuring our 'One Team' approach thrives, fostering a collaborative and empowered environment within your assigned pods.
• • This role requires a commitment to working standard Pacific Time (PT) hours, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM as needed, to effectively support client deliverables and ensure seamless team collaboration across different time zones.
