📋 Description

• The Senior QA Analyst will lead testing activities for large projects, including test planning, design, execution, and management, while overseeing outside contract testers and ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize impact on business partners.
• Day to day, the role involves acting as a key point of contact for QA services, coordinating internal and external resources, participating in requirements and design reviews, tracking test executions, reporting results, and leading UAT efforts to obtain sign-off for corporate projects and releases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Experience in documenting and analyzing software test metrics
• Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools
• Ability to translate use cases and/or technical specifications into test cases
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities under tight deadlines
