• • As a Sr. QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our QA Team Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Project Managers, and UX Designers, to identify and resolve complex challenges.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to develop, verify, and validate comprehensive system test cases for both web-based and mobile applications. This involves creating and executing detailed test plans, meticulously setting up test environments, and executing test scripts, including those for database interactions.
• • You will play a crucial role in validating end-to-end functionality, ensuring that all features and enhancement requests meet our rigorous quality benchmarks. This requires a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
• • Leveraging your strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills, you will be tasked with resolving technical and business issues efficiently and effectively. Your ability to pinpoint root causes and propose robust solutions will be key to maintaining the integrity and performance of our platforms.

• • The position is full-time, fully remote, and based in India. You will work a schedule of Monday through Friday, 4:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time / 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time, to facilitate effective collaboration with our US-based teams.
• • You will utilize cutting-edge automation tools, including Cypress for web testing and Appium for mobile testing, to build and maintain robust automated test suites. Your expertise in these technologies will be critical in ensuring efficient and comprehensive test coverage.
