- • Lead, manage, and analyze all facets of mid-level complex IT products and services to optimize organizational efficiency as a Sr. Quality Management Analyst.
- • Provide expert technical analysis and rigorous testing of IT products, focusing on creating and enhancing a superior user experience.
- • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive procedures to ensure all information systems products and services meet stringent quality standards and end-user requirements.
- • Collaborate closely with project teams to conduct thorough software testing, aiming to identify and eliminate critical defects and ensure flawless operation.
- • Adapt and implement industry-standard testing tools and methodologies, while also developing, documenting, and executing detailed test plans throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- • Work effectively within cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing, providing regular progress reports on problem resolution to management.
- • Proactively make recommendations for improvements to product and service development processes, contributing to continuous quality enhancement.
- • Provide guidance and expertise to IT staff involved in Functional, User Acceptance, and overall QA testing, incorporating best practices in design, development, and deployment for both new and existing products, standards, and services.
- • Partner with the Project Management Office, Business Systems, Operations, and Conservation Systems staff to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- • Create detailed and comprehensive functional test scripts designed to rigorously test both technical and business process functions.
- • Establish and maintain high standards for both automated and manual product testing, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- • Develop and maintain an organized repository of test results, fostering a knowledge base of testing best practices for the team.
- • Engage with users to understand their workflows and apply creative thinking to anticipate how an application might be used or misused, enabling the creation of realistic and effective test scripts.
- • Define clear and measurable quality standards for all IT products, ensuring a consistent level of excellence.
- • Conduct research into best practices and user testing disciplines to continuously expand, evolve, and update testing techniques, work products, and deliverables.
- • Develop, maintain, and utilize advanced test tools and methodologies, with a strong emphasis on QA best practices and cutting-edge techniques.
- • Design, execute, and report on findings across multiple areas of user testing, providing actionable insights.
- • Contribute to a work environment where quality is paramount, and the user experience is at the forefront of all IT product development.
- • Analyze test results to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement.
