đź“‹ Description
- • Serve as a fractional Recruiting Partner for Bloom Technology’s portfolio of founder-led, small to mid-sized companies (10–150 employees) seeking strategic talent acquisition support without a full-time HR hire.
- • Design and execute end-to-end recruitment processes tailored to each client’s unique culture, values, and growth stage, ensuring hires align with their intentional, human-first workplace goals.
- • Source, screen, and engage candidates across multiple channels to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for critical roles at client organizations.
- • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job description refinement and employer branding to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support—while maintaining a candidate-centric experience.
- • Collaborate with founders and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, identify skill gaps, and translate business objectives into effective recruitment strategies.
- • Advise clients on best practices in inclusive hiring, equitable interview processes, and scalable people systems that support long-term organizational health.
- • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, hiring metrics, and recruitment outcomes using Bloom’s shared systems and tools.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing data-informed insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in their industry or region.
- • Partner with Bloom’s collective of HR and DEI experts to share knowledge, refine processes, and deliver consistent, high-quality service across all client engagements.
- • Adapt recruitment approaches dynamically based on client size, industry, stage of growth, and cultural priorities—whether making a first hire or scaling a leadership team.
- • Uphold Bloom’s commitment to co-creating better workplaces by embedding DEI principles into every stage of the recruitment process and challenging biased or outdated hiring norms.
- • Communicate regularly with clients and internal Bloom team members to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery of recruitment milestones.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Bloom’s recruitment frameworks, templates, and tools based on real-world client experiences and outcomes.
- • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality when working with multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring no conflicts of interest or information leakage.
- • Represent Bloom as a thought leader in fractional HR and recruitment by embodying the company’s mission: building inclusive, high-performing workplaces early, not as an afterthought.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist with a track record of managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-growing startups or small to mid-sized companies
- • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, inclusive hiring processes without relying on large HR teams or corporate infrastructure
- • Strong understanding of DEI principles and experience embedding them into sourcing, screening, and interviewing practices
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise founders and non-HR leaders on talent strategy
- • Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern recruitment tools
- • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with high attention to detail and deadlines
🏖️ Benefits
- • Flexible, part-time contract structure with autonomy over schedule and workload
- • Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of purpose-driven, founder-led companies across industries
- • Access to Bloom’s collective of HR and DEI experts for ongoing learning, collaboration, and support
- • Competitive contract compensation based on experience and scope of work
