- • As a Sr. Regional Business Analyst at Tinder, you will own regional performance insights and serve as a strategic partner to regional and cross-functional stakeholders, turning data into actionable narratives that drive business decisions.
- • Day to day, you will analyze regional business performance, partner with marketing, product, finance, and experimentation teams to interpret data signals, and deliver cohesive insights that help leadership understand what is happening across the business and why.
- • You will join Tinder’s Business Analytics team, the central analytics hub that connects marketing, product, finance, and experimentation insights to create a unified view of business performance, operating across Insights & Performance, Measurement & Experimentation, and Strategy & Operations functions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in regional business analysis, stakeholder partnership, and data-driven storytelling, while contributing to Tinder’s mission of fostering real human connections at global scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related analytical role
- • Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights and narratives for stakeholders
- • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, or finance
- • Proficiency in analytical tools and methods for performance measurement and reporting
- • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (London-based with 3 days/week in office)
