- • As a Sr. Regional Business Analyst at Tinder Singapore, you will serve as a strategic partner to regional and cross-functional stakeholders, turning distributed data signals into cohesive, actionable narratives that drive business performance insights across marketing, product, finance, and experimentation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning regional business performance insights, analyzing key metrics to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to translate data into strategic recommendations, and supporting measurement and experimentation efforts to inform product and marketing decisions.
- • You will be part of Tinder’s central Business Analytics team, which acts as the hub for connecting insights across functions to create a unified view of business performance, operating through three core pillars: Insights & Performance, Measurement & Experimentation, and Strategy & Operations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in regional business analysis, stakeholder management, and data-driven storytelling, while gaining exposure to advanced analytics practices and contributing to scalable reporting infrastructure and metric governance that support global decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related analytical role with a focus on regional or market-level performance insights
- • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, finance, and experimentation
- • Proficiency in analytical tools and methodologies for performance tracking, metric analysis, and insight generation
- • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner with regional and global leaders
- • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and causal measurement concepts to support test interpretation and guidance
