  • • Own the end-to-end sales content library including pitch decks for key buyer personas (CMIO, CFO, COO, Chief of Staff), competitive battle cards, ROI frameworks, objection handling guides, and clinical workflow narratives tailored to ambulatory, emergency, and inpatient care settings.
  • • Build and execute sales training and onboarding programs for enterprise sellers with defined ramp benchmarks: achieving first qualified pipeline within 30 days and first closed deal within 90–120 days, supported by recurring skill development through deal clinics, role plays, and pitch reviews.
  • • Design and maintain a competitive intelligence program that includes win/loss analysis, regular battle card refresh cycles in partnership with Product Marketing, and a field intelligence routing system to ensure sellers have up-to-date positioning before every deal.
  • • Serve as the primary content and deal support partner for the Clinical Sales Engineering team, developing persona-specific talk tracks, demo playbooks, and deal-level preparation materials without managerial authority over the team.
  • • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing to ensure product launch readiness—delivering updated seller training and content prior to every general availability release of new features or expansion into new care settings.
  • • Formalize and own the company’s core sales narrative by codifying it into a standardized, seller-ready talk track and deck, ensuring version control and consistent messaging across all enterprise sellers.
  • • Select, implement, and manage the enablement technology stack including a content management platform, call intelligence tools (e.g., Gong or equivalent), and the sales methodology adopted by the team.
  • • Partner closely with Growth Marketing on content production and with Product Marketing on competitive positioning, governing the content library, driving adoption, and ensuring all materials remain current and accurate.
  • • Operate as a high-autonomy individual contributor with direct reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, building and executing the enablement roadmap with minimal direction and a focus on high-volume, high-impact output.
  • • Ensure all sales enablement assets are aligned with the complexity of Ambience’s enterprise sales motion, which involves long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and deep clinical and financial decision-making processes.
  • • Maintain a culture of accountability by ensuring sellers rely on a trusted, centralized, and continuously updated repository of sales enablement materials that directly impact deal velocity and win rates.
  • • Support the scaling of sales enablement infrastructure as the company grows, adapting content, training, and systems to meet the needs of an expanding enterprise sales team.
  • • Contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on reducing administrative burden for clinicians and improving health system financial health through AI-powered clinical documentation and workflow support.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related function in enterprise SaaS
  • • Demonstrated track record as a content creator — you can show examples of pitch decks, battle cards, training programs, or competitive frameworks you personally built, not managed or delegated
  • • High-autonomy IC orientation — you thrive working independently, produce high-volume output with minimal direction, and given a North Star, build the roadmap and execute against it
  • • Experience partnering with pre-sales or SE teams on deal support content, demo playbooks, and competitive positioning
  • • Strong verbal communication and executive presence — you can run a pitch review, push back on a seller's framing, and have the credibility to actually change rep behavior
  • • Experience building and maintaining a competitive intelligence program — win/loss analysis, battle cards, and field intelligence routing
  • • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams selling complex solutions with long cycles and multiple stakeholders
