- • As a Sr. Sales Performance Manager at Cable One, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving sales effectiveness by analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- • Day to day, you will track and interpret key sales metrics including conversion rates, revenue, pipeline health, close rates, and attachment rates; build and maintain dashboards; identify performance trends and gaps; deliver insights to sales leadership; partner on strategy execution; support campaign rollouts; evaluate and improve sales processes; and ensure incentive alignment with business priorities.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced analytical and storytelling skills with data, deepen your expertise in sales performance management, influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority, and contribute directly to strategic initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness and associate success.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- • Deep understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and performance management
- • Ability to influence and partner effectively without direct authority
- • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell compelling stories with data
- • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and reporting tools
- • Background in sales, call center, or blended sales/service environments preferred
