- • As a SLED Account Executive for Extreme Networks, you will drive sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sectors across Nevada, Arizona, and Utah, directly contributing to the company’s double-digit year-over-year growth and market leadership in cloud-driven networking solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and developing new business relationships, utilizing Solutions Sales expertise to capture new business while expanding the existing install base, understanding customer needs to deliver effective end-to-end wired/wireless data networking, network management, and security solutions, attaining 100% or more of quarterly sales quotas, conducting business planning and reporting (monthly forecasts, weekly commits, pipeline development), building strong relationships with channel partners and cross-functional teams, presenting product value to prospects, staying current on company offerings and industry trends, and making cold calls to prospects and existing customers.

- • Must be a self-starter with high energy and drive who takes initiative and works with limited direction
- • Knowledge of SFDC and Clari
- • Proven hunter with a history of developing new prospective customers and collaborating across cross-functional internal teams to achieve and exceed target quotas
- • Strong business plan development and forecasting experience
- • Strong competitive industry and product knowledge with ability to articulate the Extreme Networks Business Value Proposition
- • Able to travel each week to meet with customers and partners
