- • As a Senior Sales Engineer at Arctic Wolf, you serve as the technical backbone of the sales organization, working alongside Account Executives to communicate business value, design solutions, and drive customer success in the Austrian market.
- • Your day-to-day includes collaborating with prospects to educate them on the business value of Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC, delivering technical presentations and demos tailored to customer needs, overcoming sales obstacles, and acting as the voice of both the customer and Arctic Wolf throughout the sales process.
- • Arctic Wolf is a global cybersecurity leader recognized by Forbes Cloud 100, CNBC Disruptor 50, Fortune Future 50, Fortune Cyber 60, and CRN Product of the Year 2024, with Aurora Platform honored as a Security Operations Platform leader by IDC MarketScape and Gartner Peer Insights.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in cybersecurity solutions, strengthen your consultative selling skills, and directly contribute to Arctic Wolf’s growth in the DACH region by building trusted customer relationships and driving revenue through technical excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technical pre-sales or consulting with a focus on security solutions
- • At least 5 years of experience supporting, delivering, or designing IT systems in enterprise environments, preferably with security-focused systems
- • Technical expertise in networking, security, identity management, cloud services, and Windows/Linux/Mac environments
- • Ability to articulate the business value and application of Arctic Wolf technology to diverse audiences, from technical staff to executive decision-makers
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation talent, strong time management, and attention to detail
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
