- • As a Sr. Security Advisor for Falcon Complete, you will be responsible for ensuring the security health and success of assigned MSP/MSSP partners by guiding them toward optimal use of CrowdStrike’s Falcon Complete platform.
- • Day to day, you will assess partner environments, conduct regular reviews, create security improvement recommendations, coordinate technical resolutions, document issues, train new partners, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain partner satisfaction and security posture.
- • You will join CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader known for its AI-native platform and mission to stop breaches, serving customers across all industries with a culture of innovation, autonomy, and customer obsession.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise security advisory, incident response, and partner management while influencing security best practices and contributing to the success of complex, high-skill clients in the MSP/MSSP space.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role
- • 5+ years of experience as a security advisor or consultant
- • Experience working with large, complex, and high-skilled clients and MSP/MSSPs
- • Excellent customer-facing communication skills including verbal and written
- • Ability to deliver presentations to large audiences (e.g., webinars)
- • Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
- • Experience and demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response
- • Knowledge of frameworks: ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF, CIS Critical Security Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE ATT&CK
- • Bachelor’s degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
