- • As a Sr. Security Advisor in Falcon Complete, you will play a critical role in safeguarding customer environments by assessing security posture, identifying misalignments, and guiding remediation efforts to stop breaches. Your work directly contributes to CrowdStrike’s mission of protecting organizations through its AI-native platform.
- • Day to day, you will assess customer Falcon environments against Falcon Complete standards, provide security improvement recommendations, create remediation plans, document and resolve customer issues per SLAs, develop service reports, and partner with internal teams including support to troubleshoot technical issues.
- • You will join a mission-driven cybersecurity leader known for innovation, customer obsession, and a culture of flexibility and autonomy. The Falcon Complete team focuses on delivering proactive security guidance to ensure customers achieve optimal protection and operational resilience.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in threat detection, incident response, and cross-platform security (Windows, Linux, Mac), while developing advisory and consulting skills. You’ll gain exposure to enterprise-grade security frameworks and have the opportunity to influence customer security outcomes at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role
- • Customer empathy and ability to guide customers toward desired security outcomes
- • Excellent customer-facing communication skills (verbal and written)
- • Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
- • Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response
- • Bachelor’s degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience
- • Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS, ISC2 or equivalent
