• • You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one to two major repair categories, providing deep technical insight and solutions.
• • This role requires meticulous attention to detail in following correct repair order documentation procedures, adhering strictly to the 'Three C's' (Complete, Correct, Clear) to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• • You will leverage the appropriate software suite to meticulously and completely document all customer vehicle interactions, maintaining comprehensive service records.
• • Effective communication and collaboration are essential; you will work seamlessly with other members of the service team, including Service Advisors and Managers, as well as directly with customers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring clear understanding.
