📋 Description
- • The Sr. Site Contracts Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and compliant execution of clinical trial agreements, directly impacting study start-up timelines and patient access to innovative therapies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing negotiations of clinical study agreements, serving as a subject matter expert for global site contracting issues, managing escalation of contractual and budgetary queries, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align contract execution with study timelines.
- • The role sits within Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, a group of experienced professionals dedicated to applying drug development expertise to solve complex customer challenges across the clinical trial lifecycle.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in global clinical trial contracting, lead process improvement initiatives, mentor junior staff, and gain exposure to strategic business development and cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and clinical operations teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in clinical trial agreement (CTA) negotiation and management
- • Knowledge of global site contracting processes and regulatory requirements
- • Ability to train and mentor staff on SOPs, tools, and templates
- • Experience collaborating with legal, finance, and clinical operations teams
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Ability to manage escalations and resolve contractual discrepancies
