• • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Analyst Relations (AR) Program Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This remote role, ideally based within US or EMEA timezones, will serve as the operational linchpin of our AR program. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of our analyst engagement strategies, acting as the central point of coordination for all AR activities. Your primary focus will be on managing the intricate logistics, tracking project timelines, and facilitating seamless communication between our internal teams and external industry analysts.
• • As the operational backbone of the AR function, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our relationship management systems. This includes meticulously updating relationship trackers, logging all interactions with analysts, and monitoring key program metrics to inform our strategic decisions. Your diligence in these areas will provide critical insights into the effectiveness of our AR efforts and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• • A core responsibility of this role is the end-to-end scheduling of analyst interactions. This involves coordinating calendars across multiple busy stakeholders, sending out precise invitations, and confirming all logistical details, ensuring clarity and accuracy across different time zones. Your ability to manage these complex scheduling tasks will be vital in maximizing our engagement opportunities with key industry influencers.
• • You will play a crucial role in managing project timelines for critical AR deliverables. This includes tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of initiatives such as white papers, inclusion in industry quadrants (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave), responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), and executive briefings. Your proactive project management will ensure Zip consistently meets its commitments to analyst firms.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve effectively coordinating with various internal teams, including General Managers (GMs), Product Managers (PMs), and Product Marketing Managers (PMMs). You will be responsible for ensuring their timely participation in analyst briefings and inquiries, acting as a facilitator to secure their involvement and prepare them for these important engagements.
• • You will own the critical preparation process for analyst interactions. This means ensuring that the right internal subject matter experts have access to the correct, up-to-date materials well in advance of any briefing or inquiry. Your meticulous attention to detail in managing this process will directly contribute to the quality and impact of our analyst engagements.
• • Staying abreast of the analyst landscape is key. You will actively monitor the portals of major analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC. Your vigilance will help us identify important deadlines, track new research publications relevant to Zip, and uncover potential inquiry opportunities that can further elevate our market position.
• • To support the expansion of our AR program, you will conduct research and develop profiles of new analysts within key firms. This proactive approach will help us identify and cultivate relationships with influencers who can significantly impact our market perception and strategy.
• • You will also be tasked with monitoring analyst content for mentions of Zip's competitors. By flagging relevant competitive intelligence, you will provide valuable insights that inform our product, marketing, and sales strategies.
