You will report to our SDR Manager, a leader who is not only supportive but also deeply committed to achieving ambitious targets, fostering an environment where high performance is recognized and rewarded.

  • • **Inbound Lead Management:** You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, engaging them swiftly and effectively to qualify their needs and seamlessly schedule discovery calls with our sales team. A core part of your role will involve strategizing and implementing new approaches to maximize the number of meetings booked, ensuring a consistent and robust flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • • **Lead Generation Excellence:** You will take ownership of both inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives, proactively expanding our sales pipeline and identifying new avenues for growth. This includes leveraging powerful platforms like LinkedIn and sophisticated sales tools such as Apollo and Instantly for targeted lead prospecting and outreach campaigns.
  • • **Email Sequence Development & Automation:** Design, test, and deploy highly effective, targeted email sequences aimed at nurturing inbound leads through the sales funnel. Your ability to craft compelling, personalized, and persuasive email content that drives engagement and action will be paramount. You will utilize tools like Instantly to optimize outreach strategies and automate key communication touchpoints, ensuring timely and relevant engagement.
  • • **Outbound Outreach & Prospecting Mastery:** Spearhead outbound lead generation efforts through strategic use of LinkedIn, cold email campaigns, and direct prospecting techniques. Your mission will be to continuously enrich the sales pipeline with a steady stream of new, high-potential leads, actively seeking out and engaging prospective clients.
  • • **Proactive Communication & Follow-Up:** Maintain consistent and proactive follow-up with all leads to ensure they remain engaged and on track for scheduled meetings. You will expertly handle situations involving no-show leads, addressing any concerns with professionalism, and diligently working to reschedule calls, thereby maximizing every opportunity.
  • • **CRM & Data Management:** Ensure the meticulous maintenance of accurate and up-to-date lead records within our HubSpot CRM system. You will be responsible for reporting on key performance metrics through the CRM and Google Sheets, guaranteeing transparency and clear visibility into your progress and achievements.

  • • **Efficient Email Sequences:** Developing and deploying email sequences that demonstrably drive high engagement rates and significantly increase the number of qualified meetings booked.
  • • **High Conversion Rate:** Consistently booking and holding meetings with a sharp focus on maximizing conversion rates from initial contact to qualified opportunity.
  • • **AI Proficiency:** Demonstrating a strong command and adeptness in utilizing AI-powered tools for sales outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline automation, staying ahead of the curve in sales technology.
  • • **Role Details:**
  • • **Work Hours:** This role requires availability during U.S. business hours, specifically 9 AM - 6 PM EST, to align with our client base and ensure seamless communication.
  • • **Location:** This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. We do require candidates to have stable internet, and we will conduct tests to ensure this.
