  • • As a Sr Social Media Buyer at Basis Global Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns for enterprise-level clients, directly impacting campaign performance, ROI, and client satisfaction through data-driven strategy and execution.
  • • You will own the full lifecycle of social media advertising campaigns—from strategic planning and audience targeting to real-time optimization and post-campaign analysis—ensuring alignment with client business objectives across diverse industries and verticals.
  • • Day to day, you will: develop and execute paid social media strategies across platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Pinterest; conduct audience segmentation and persona-based targeting using first- and third-party data; set up, launch, and monitor campaigns in Basis’ proprietary platform and native ad managers; optimize bids, budgets, creatives, and placements based on performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, and ROAS; perform A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve conversion efficiency; generate detailed performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients; collaborate with Sales, Strategic Media Services, Investment & Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign onboarding and delivery; stay current with platform algorithm changes, policy updates, and emerging ad formats to maintain competitive advantage; troubleshoot delivery issues and pacing discrepancies in real time; and mentor junior team members on best practices in social media buying and platform nuances.

  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in paid social media strategy, platform-specific algorithms, and advanced audience targeting techniques while gaining hands-on experience with Basis’ integrated media operations platform. You will develop strong analytical and optimization skills by interpreting complex performance data to drive actionable insights, enhance your ability to communicate campaign results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and build leadership capabilities through mentoring and cross-functional collaboration. Over time, you’ll position yourself as a trusted advisor in social media advertising, capable of influencing high-stakes client decisions and contributing to the evolution of Basis’ social media offerings.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns at scale for agency or brand clients, with proven success in optimizing for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion volume.
  • • Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and Twitter/X Ads, including experience with API-based tools and third-party management platforms.
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-backed optimization decisions using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • • Demonstrated experience working within a managed services or agency environment, supporting multiple clients across diverse industries with varying budgets and objectives.
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • • Familiarity with Basis Technologies’ platform or similar media operations software (e.g., MediaOcean, Strata, or AdTech suites) is a strong plus.
