• • As a key member of our core-tech backend squad, you will focus on Brand Performance, tackling complex challenges and contributing to the evolution of how creators and brands collaborate to maximize economic outcomes. You will be instrumental in building scalable systems designed to anticipate and accommodate substantial growth across multiple dimensions.

• • Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and implementing feasible and practical solutions to complex technical problems, ensuring the code you write is of the highest quality, well-tested, and easy to maintain.
• • You will take full ownership of projects from inception to completion, demonstrating a strong ability to drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• • A significant part of your role will involve identifying and implementing improvements to our existing software and development processes, contributing to continuous enhancement and efficiency.

• • As a technical subject matter expert, you will mentor fellow engineers, share your extensive technical experience, and lead teams in solving challenging and intricate problems.
• • You will be responsible for designing and building highly scalable distributed systems and processes within a cloud environment, ensuring reliability and performance.
• • You will leverage your understanding of AI/ML technologies, including experience with training and fine-tuning models such as large language models (LLMs), recommendation systems, or computer vision models, to enhance our platform's capabilities.
• • You will work with and contribute to our AWS infrastructure, utilizing services like ECS, Lambda, and RDS, and operate within a containerized environment, preferably using Docker.
• • You will develop and maintain scalable internal and public-facing APIs (REST, JSON, HTTP) and integrate with third-party APIs (REST, OAuth).
• • You will utilize your experience with relational databases, such as MySQL, and potentially explore non-relational data stores like DynamoDB or Cassandra.
• • You will be comfortable with a rapid deployment cycle, shipping code multiple times per day, and will demonstrate strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• • Your ability to model and conceptualize integrations across complex systems will be vital, as will your excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
