Sr. Software Engineer (LATAM)

📋 Description

• • As a Sr. Software Engineer at Finalis, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our ai-native platform across our three core pillars: compliance, data, and payments. You’ll own significant parts of our system design and implementation, contribute to our technical roadmap, and mentor other engineers.
• • You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for compliance, data, and payment products, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, and Compliance teams, take ownership of end-to-end projects, ensure code quality and security through testing and CI/CD, mentor junior engineers, participate in architectural discussions, and stay current with fintech and distributed systems trends.
• • Finalis is building the core infrastructure that powers private capital markets, with an engineering team focused on creating reliable, secure, and elegant software in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
