  • • As a Sr. Software Engineer at Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing vertical software solutions that empower small and medium-sized businesses across industries, directly contributing to seamless customer experiences and business growth.
  • • Day to day, you will take full ownership of major features from inception to production, lead initiatives independently, analyze and fix bugs efficiently, collaborate across departments to align product with user needs, and contribute to a strong engineering culture in a small, dynamic team.
  • • You will join Total Party Planner (TPP), a mature yet innovative division within Fullsteam transforming the catering industry, where low bureaucracy, high influence over code and product strategy, fast deployment cycles, and cross-company collaboration enable meaningful impact despite the company’s size of over 1,900 employees.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in NestJS and React, gain hands-on experience with .Net Core microservices and Azure CI/CD, strengthen your full-stack capabilities, and grow as a technical leader shaping both product and team practices in a high-autonomy environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of hands-on, daily experience building production applications with NestJS
  • • 3+ years of hands-on, daily experience building production applications with React
  • • Experience with Web Services/API development using .Net Core
  • • Experience with Microservices architecture using .Net Core
  • • Knowledge of Azure CI/CD pipelines
  • • Strong database skills with MS SQL
  • • Experience with JQuery and legacy Webforms (.Net 4.8)
  • • Familiarity with AI tooling for Developer Experience (DevEx)
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • • 3–5+ years of experience in full stack development
