- • As a Senior Salesforce Developer at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, you will serve as a technical leader in Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments, driving the design, development, and integration of complex information systems to support critical healthcare operations.
- • Day to day, you will manage Salesforce orgs, apply DevSecOps processes using Azure DevOps, design and code applications in Apex and LWC, lead declarative configurations via Flows and OmniStudio, develop test plans, respond to system failures, and act as an expert technical resource for development teams.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at one of the nation’s leading health insurers, focused on delivering secure, scalable, and innovative Salesforce solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency across enterprise systems.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) for healthcare, strengthen your leadership in technical decision-making, and gain experience influencing system architecture and budgeting decisions through research and recommendations on software and hardware products.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience (4+ years of professional corporate experience)
- • 5+ years of Salesforce development and integrations experience with Apex, LWC, and declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio)
- • Proven expertise in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata), Health Cloud or Marketing Cloud, and end-to-end application lifecycle management
