📋 Description
- • The Senior Solution Architect (SSA) is a field-based technical pre-sales role focused on developing comprehensive solutions for CDW customers, providing consultative guidance, supporting partner product sales, scoping service offerings, and fostering strategic relationships to drive business growth in the Digital Experience services business.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing assessments and service solutions including architecture, optimizations, technology health checks, deployment services, and advisory services; collaborating with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to offer consultative guidance, plan sales strategy, and author statements of work (SOWs); analyzing technical and competitive considerations to meet customer requirements through a consultative approach; maintaining strategic relationships with customers, internal sales & delivery management, and key strategic partners while maintaining at least 3 partner technical certifications; practicing territory ownership through regular cadence with vendors/partners/customers and assisting sales with territory strategy planning; acting as a subject matter expert in multiple product and solution families; driving outreach initiatives, technical enablement projects, coaching, and mentoring for other SAs; and developing content to train coworkers in formal trainings and team huddles.
