  • • Beyond direct sales support, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. The most effective Solutions Engineers at Ironclad excel at capturing the most challenging and nuanced technical requirements encountered in the market. You will translate these insights into actionable feedback and strategic recommendations for our Product team, directly influencing the evolution and enhancement of our cutting-edge AI contracting platform.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities designed to ensure prospect success and drive Ironclad's growth. This includes deeply listening to prospects' needs, goals, and pain points – a fundamental strength at Ironclad. You will design, build, and deliver executive-level custom presentations and compelling demonstrations of the Ironclad platform, often utilizing the prospect's own contracts and workflows to create a highly relevant and impactful experience.
  • • You will cultivate strong, trusting relationships with prospects, guiding Ironclad's most important and strategic clients through their evaluation journey and ultimately securing their selection of our platform. Seamless collaboration with Account Executives and other internal stakeholders will be paramount to ensure a smooth and progressive evaluation process.
  • • You will work in tandem with our enterprise architecture team and business value engineers to construct compelling business cases that strongly support a prospect's evaluation, highlighting the tangible ROI and strategic advantages of adopting Ironclad.
  • • Furthermore, you will be the conduit for market intelligence, bringing valuable, actionable insights back to Ironclad’s Product Team to inform and drive the evolution of our core product offerings.
  • • You will partner closely with your aligned Sales Leader to actively support pipeline-generating activities and contribute significantly to the overall success and strategic objectives of the sales team.

You will be adept at making informed trade-offs, even when faced with incomplete data, ensuring progress and optimal outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of Enterprise Solution Engineering experience, with a proven track record of success in pre-sales technical roles.
  • • Native or professional-level fluency (written and spoken) in Portuguese and Spanish, in addition to professional-level English proficiency. This includes comfort presenting complex technical architectures, negotiating solution designs, and building rapport with stakeholders in all three languages.
  • • Technical proficiency, including expertise in technical configuration and a demonstrated willingness to learn and master new technologies. Familiarity with enterprise software, CRM, and CLM platforms is highly desirable.
  • • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate high-touch engagement with prospects across various LATAM time zones, including Brazil.
  • • Willingness to travel regularly to LATAM countries (estimated 25-50% travel) as the role is based in the US.
