📋 Description
- • Provides advanced HR support and acts as a subject matter expert in HR Compliance, Labour Law Compliance, Payroll and Payroll Compliance, Wellness and Benefits, Audits, and Vendor Management.
- • Assists, advises, and coaches managers on HR Compliance, Labour Law Compliance, Payroll and Payroll Compliance, Wellness and Benefits, Audits, and Vendor Management practices.
- • Supports day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, handling general employee inquiries, updating and maintaining employee files, and managing time and attendance records.
- • Compiles statistical data for HR reports and ensures accurate documentation across both digital systems and physical files.
- • Manages confidential employee information including compensation details, performance issues, and benefits data with strict confidentiality.
- • Onboards new employees by educating them on company policies, benefits, and compliance requirements.
- • Maintains and updates the employee database using both digital systems and manual filing methods.
- • Responds to employee queries via email and helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- • Utilizes Allsec and Workday tools to manage HR processes and creates Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders in SAP.
- • Posts vendor invoices for the HR team in SAP and ensures accurate financial documentation.
- • Collaborates with external vendors and the procurement team to renew contracts and ensure continuity of HR-related services.
- • Conducts monthly check-ins with vendors to evaluate quality of deliverables and service adherence.
- • Works with employees and management to administer and maintain compliance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
- • Performs additional duties as assigned to support overall HR objectives and collaborates with global teams on cross-regional initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8-10 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- • Proficiency in Allsec, Workday, and SAP tools
- • Knowledge of HR Compliance, Labour Law Compliance, Payroll Compliance, Wellness and Benefits, Audits, and Vendor Management
- • Experience working with global teams
- • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
