• • As a Sr./Staff Backend Engineer at Oscilar, you will design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure powering the AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform, enabling banks, fintechs, and digital organizations to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk with AI-driven solutions.
• • Day to day, you will design and develop scalable, high-performance, low-latency backend services using Java and AWS technologies, collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to define technical requirements, optimize existing services for performance and reliability, identify and resolve system bottlenecks, implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor service health, and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
