Sr. Staff Program Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Sr. Staff Program Manager at Illumio, you will play a critical role in the Customer Success Organization, directly contributing to value generation for customers by helping them onboard, adopt, and successfully utilize Illumio’s breach containment platform to achieve their desired outcomes.
• • You will own program coordination and execution governance for strategic customer engagements, ensuring alignment across Customer Success, TAM, Professional Services, Enablement, and Support teams on shared outcomes, milestones, and success criteria.
• • You will serve as a cross-functional orchestrator across post-sales motions, managing dependencies, timelines, risks, and decision points without direct authority, while acting as the primary point of contact for program execution and governance.
• • You will partner with Customer Success and Account teams to support adoption goals, renewal readiness, and expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Professional Services and TAMs to align delivery plans with customer maturity and long-term value realization.
• • You will deliver recurring program health reporting, proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities, and ensure stakeholders experience a cohesive, predictable, and well-governed delivery motion that drives customer value and referenceability.
