- • As a Sr Strategic Advisor, Enterprise Strategy, you will apply advanced strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and analytical expertise to support Blue Cross NC’s diversified investment arm (CCG) in developing healthcare strategies that capitalize on opportunities to meet organizational demands and drive value across diversified assets.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate on highly visible, impactful projects; solve ambiguous and intricate problems using qualitative and quantitative analysis; engage with senior healthcare leaders to influence strategy; execute multiple strategic initiatives concurrently; rapidly acquire expertise in new healthcare topics; build executive-level business cases for investments and acquisitions; and facilitate cross-functional consensus among stakeholders with conflicting positions.
- • You will join a dynamic team at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, a mission-driven organization focused on improving health and well-being, where your work will directly contribute to positioning CuraCor Solutions as an industry leader through innovation and strategic foresight.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare markets across payers, providers, technology, and regulations; sharpen your ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategy; and gain experience driving innovation and investment decisions that shape the future of healthcare delivery and value creation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required)
- • 5+ years of experience in a related field
- • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field
