- • Lead and manage the subcontracting function across all business units, overseeing the full lifecycle of subcontracts from intake to closeout while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and corporate objectives.
- • Drive operational excellence by establishing scalable processes, templates, and tools, and maintain audit readiness for CPSR compliance through collaboration with legal, finance, and program management teams.
- • Partner with business development and capture teams to develop and monitor Small Business Subcontracting Plans, track performance against goals (SDB, WOSB, etc.), and ensure accurate ISR/SSR reporting in SAM.gov.
- • Mentor and lead a high-performing subcontracting team, setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, and supporting professional growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on national security and federal contracts.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must be a U.S. citizen
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Contract Management, or related field
- • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in federal subcontracting or procurement, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- • Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and subcontracting compliance requirements
- • Experience supporting or leading CPSR audits and audit readiness efforts
- • Demonstrated experience leading subcontract negotiations and managing risk
